  • About DDCC

    The DEC (Downs Easter Convention) at Warwick has been running for more than 60 years. Originally held at "Kingswood", for a few years the convention was held at the Warwick Senior Citizens Centre but is now held at the Warwick Christian College. Slade campus.

    The Darling Downs Christian Conventions Inc. exists primarily to encourage and equip Christians for life and Christian mission in an increasingly materialistic and humanistic context.

Brett Ryan

Brett is the CEO of Focus on the Family - Australia. Prior to that he was the Children's and Family Pastor at CityLife Church for 12 years where he had the privilege of overseeing 3 campuses. He is an enthusiastic communicator who has a passion to train and equip others to do ministry. He has a particular heart for people to fulfill their potential in their relationships, their family and their ministry. Brett married Kate in 1990 and they have 3 sons, Taylor, Lachlan and Cameron.
